- Order Cancelation
All orders can be canceled even before they are shipped.
If for any reason you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact the following E-Mail: email@example.com within the first 12 hours after payment.
We cannot cancel orders in transit.
Due to COVID-19 we are only receiving returns if the product is defective.
To start the return, please send an E-Mail to the: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please you must send your order number, a brief description of the problem and a video proof showing clearly the problem.
Our customer service will indicate the address of our nearest warehouse.
You have a 30 day warranty after receiving the product.
How to be eligible for returns?
1.- Your item must be in the original packaing.
2.- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3.- Your item must be new, and in the same conditions that your received it.
4.- The return shipping cost is not covered by our company.
Once we recieve the item, we will evaluate and notify you about the arrival of the item.
We will inspect the item and update you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a reimbursement to your credit card (or initial payment method).
You will receive the reimbursement within 3-5 business days depending on your card's company guidelines.
